Day of Coordination

Start Planning
  • Initial consult to discuss planning & logistics for your event day
  • Set up of OneNote so that everyone is on the same page regarding the logistics of the event
  • Email, WhatsApp testing & access to calendly link to schedule appointments as needed
  • Communications with the wedding point of contact to ensure that all decor details are accounted for and scheduled.
  • Ensure that the assigned rooms are in order with correct bed assignments
  • Editing, trimming, and budget advice, if necessary
Event Week
  • Coordinator present for a 2-hour window on the day of check-in to receive guests as they arrive and help direct them to accommodations.
  • Two-hour maximum rehearsal on a date of your choosing
  • One hour meeting prior to the event day to go over details
Wedding Day
  • 10-hour professional wedding planner on side for event day
  • Supervise event set-up
  • Greet & direct guests to the ceremony & reception areas
  • Organization of processional line-up & walking cues; coordinate with bridal party (Please note that a rehearsal is a prerequisite)
  • Ensure that the event runs smoothly and according to the set timeline

Full Planning

Start Planning
  • Presentation of ceremony/cocktail/reception suggestions and corresponding wedding proposals based on needs.
  • Suggestions for all wedding services including (but not limited to): Catering, bar, musicians, and any additional entertainment, photography, video & audio, salon services, and transportation.
  • Presentation of the wedding day timeline as well as timelines for any other events happening prior to the wedding day.
  • Budget trimming and advice regarding alternatives to stay within parameters, while maintaining the look and feel.
  • Additional Assistance with guest loding placement and pricing.
Event Week
  • Final timeline sent a week propr to event day to all vendors.
  • Assistance with planning and design for up to (1) other two hour event such as: Welcome Cocktail, Rehearsal Dinner, Morning after Brunch (or other)
Wedding Day
  • Professional wedding planner on site for 12 hours.
  • Follow up with any outstanding payments and vendor tips
  • Make prior arrangements regarding wedding gifts & cards.

Design + Full Planning = $3200 usd*

Additional assistants will be required for this addition, the price of which is not included in the listed price for Mishka Designs’ services. The number of assistants required will depend on the setup time frame, the amount of details to be placed, and the number of guests. However, a good estimate would be: 

50-100 guests – $750.00
101-150 guests – $1080.00
151-200 guests – $1440.00
201-250 guests – $1800.00

Meet Mishka

You’ll have a chance to read a lot about my passion for both Montana and Mexico in the next few pages so I guess this is a good place to talk about all the other things that make me… well ME!  

In my personal life, I am a single mom of an incredible teenanger and we love to paddleboard in Holland Lake or hike up in the hills outside of Todos Santos, ride our bikes along Flathead Lake or down to the beach when we are in Mexico and enjoy board games and movies together.  I am also an avid Latin dancer, horseback rider, pour my heart and soul into homemade cooking, make beaded jewelry, write song lyrics for country music, and pinterest up a storm covering anything from home decor to healthy delicious recipes to the best places to go on vacation (Italy is on my bucket list!).  I also love to eat and enjoy the yummiest food I can find wherever I may be, along with a delicious cocktail (Mezcalita or Espresso Martinis are a MUST when going out!)  I am, I suppose, eclectic to say the least!  

With my event design and planning, I am passionate about sourcing hand crafted items made by local artisans whenever possible and infusing it with your style and heart so that everyone who comes to your event feels the soul of the location you are in as well as the personality and energy that you bring to the celebration.
